Will shipping be affected?

Unfortunately, yes. Due to the ongoing pandemic and quarantine guidelines, we might not be able to ship your orders right away. We do call our trusted couriers everyday if they are available for pickup. You will be notified if your order has shipped.

How do we know our packages are safe?

We practice the best hygiene when handling your orders and packages and is in a clean and isolated environment, only entered by our product developer when an order comes in. 



When will you ship my order?

We currently do not outsource anything and shipping is fulfilled by one of the founders, straight from her own home. 

Do you do cash on delivery, meetups or cash on pickup?

So far, we don't. But we are working on adding these options so it will be easier for you! However, can now accommodate same day deliveries via Lalamove or Angkas (only in Metro Manila).

What are the shipping options?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live in the Philippines, and most importantly, keep your orders safe. Every order comes with insurance, so you do not need to worry about broken items. Each order also comes with a tracking number. We have standard shipping at a flat rate of P150 for NCR and P250 for provincial. 



How can I pay?

You can pay through bank deposit.

I just paid through bank deposit. What now?

Awesome! Please take a photo of your receipt and send it to Filipintabeauty@gmail.com. 

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the items and for hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns. We will only accept refunds and returns if:

1) The item shipped is not the one you ordered

2) The item got damaged in transit

Otherwise, it is final sale. 


Why is my order in a bag instead of a box?

We live by the trusty saying, "reuse, reduce and recycle". We believe that by putting the products in a reusable organza bag, we will reduce the carbon footprint and even in our own little way, help the Earth heal itself. As for the plastic bags used to ship your item, we are working on a more sustainable solution so we will be 100% recyclable when it comes to packaging. 

Is your makeup cruelty free?

Absolutely! We love animals and would NEVER test on them.

It says the item is out of stock. Are you going to restock again?

Definitely! As a new brand with a full-time working woman and moms, it takes us a bit longer (say a week or two) before we can start rolling out stocks again. But rest assured that we will!


Do you have a physical store?

Not yet!

Do you sell on Shoppee or Lazada?

As of now, the only place you can get our items is on our website. But we are soon opening on Shoppee!
